This is a pleasant walk following woodland paths, moorland tracks and a little bit of road. We leave the village and head off on the Cleveland Way towards South Wood and follow the Cleveland Way across Scarth Wood Moor, after a small road section we join the Hambleton Drove Road near to Cod Beck Reservoir and head south to Square corner
