The Science Museum in London is a pretty unique event space. Partly because you get to spend part of your evening surrounded by the current exhibits, but mainly because they have their own IMAX! Now don’t get me wrong, I’d be quite happy to watch the latest Avengers movie in there, but photographing an event from the back of a giant cinema presents it’s own challenges, although nothing a majestic 400mm f2.8 lens can’t manage. Once the formalities were over, the party continued into the evening with old-school games consoles, digital graffiti, and of my favourites – canapés!
