A portrait shoot with a difference. The brief was to create an updated suite of ‘Hero Shots’ for use in a branding document. When the client approached me with the concept of showing movement and energy in a few of the portraits, I dug out my ND filter and my tripod, and got to work. A long exposure with a shallow depth of field was certainly a challenge, but I’m really happy with the results, (and more importantly, so was the client).
